Kestrel Labs

[ Pricing ]

Licensed to your firm. Not your headcount.

One annual license. The whole firm.

[01]

No seat counts, no per-project fees, no usage caps. The license is sized to your firm, not metered by how much you use the tool.

[02]

Every project, every phase, every team member. Kestrel runs as often as your design changes, on every project your firm touches.

Architectural collage in flame orange and linen — an orange sun rising over a dark doorway with a white moon, set above ascending marble stairs.

[ Two Ways To Get Started ]

Two ways to get started

Start with a single project, or set up Kestrel across your firm. Most firms start with the second path.

Path 01 · Single Project

Free trial included

Start with a single project

Download Kestrel through the Autodesk App Store or Trimble Marketplace. Install it, run it on your model, and see what it finds.

Path 02 · Firm Setup

Most firms start here

Set up Kestrel for your firm

If you're working across multiple projects, teams, or jurisdictions, Kestrel works best when configured at the firm level. We'll run it on one of your active projects so you see exactly what it finds, then set it up for your team.

  • Configure Kestrel for your jurisdictions and project types
  • Set up access across your team
  • Walk PMs and principals through progress tracking — no model required
  • Support rollout across your projects

[ FAQ ]

Frequently asked

The short answers. Reach out if you want the long ones, or anything not here.

[01]

What does Kestrel cost?

Kestrel is priced as an annual firm-wide license. Pricing depends on your team size, project types, and the jurisdictions you work in. Most firms fall within a predictable range based on those factors. We'll walk you through it and set it up based on how your firm actually works.

[02]

Why isn't pricing listed as a flat number?

A small studio working in one jurisdiction has different needs than a multi-office firm covering several states. Pricing reflects that. The structure stays simple.

[03]

Is Kestrel priced per seat?

No. Kestrel is not priced per seat. Our goal is to make Kestrel something you run continuously, not something you feel the need to ration. Your team can use it across as many users, projects, and phases as needed.

[04]

Is there a free trial?

Yes. You can try Kestrel through the Autodesk App Store or Trimble Marketplace. For larger teams, we recommend scheduling a demo so we can run Kestrel on one of your active projects and configure it for your firm.

[05]

How long does it take to see value?

Most teams see useful results on their first check. The value compounds when you run it throughout design — catching issues while they're still inexpensive to resolve.

[06]

Does Kestrel replace architect code review?

No. Kestrel runs a first-pass compliance check to surface issues early. Final interpretation and professional judgment remain with the architect. Kestrel takes the tedious work off your plate, not the decisions.

[07]

Can we start small and expand?

Yes. Many firms start with a single team or project, then expand once they see how Kestrel fits into their workflow.

[08]

What's included in the license?

Kestrel Compliance Analysis and Kestrel Compliance Chat, unlimited users within your firm, unlimited projects, unlimited compliance checks, access to all supported jurisdictions, and continuous updates to code coverage through our collaboration with the International Code Council.

[09]

Do you support our jurisdiction?

We're actively expanding coverage. If you want to confirm support for a specific jurisdiction, schedule a demo and we'll walk you through what's currently available.
