Can we bill Kestrel to the project as a reimbursable?
Yes. Kestrel is priced per project so it can be carried as a project cost. Some firms bill it to the owner as a reimbursable; others carry it in the fee the way they carry a consultant.

What counts as an active project?
One your team ran checks on that month while it is in design. Projects on hold or in construction do not count.

Do we pay per user, per check, or per seat?
No. Everyone working on an active project is included, and checks are unlimited.

We have more than twenty-five projects a year.
That is a firmwide agreement: one annual number for the whole firm instead of counting projects. Book thirty minutes.
